Derek Hough and His Girlfriend Cook and Dance Together Non-stop — Meet Hayley Erbert

Derek Hough and Hayley Erbert have been together since 2015. Here's everything we know about the "World of Dance" judge's long-time girlfriend.

On her Instagram page, Hayley Erbert occasionally shares photos and videos of her cooking and dancing with Derek Hough. The couple's relationship is clearly serious.

Erbert first met Hough on "Dancing with the Stars," where she has been one of the troupe dancers since season 21. They became romantically linked in 2015.

The couple has been together since. They once captured the hearts of many viewers when they danced to Ed Sheeran's famous song "Thinking Out Loud" on "DWTS Live."

One of those who helped launch Erbert's dancing career was her boyfriend. In 2014, she was hired to go on a Move Live tour with Hough and his sister Julianne Hough.

Hough said in a candid interview that he is waiting to make sure the timing for their engagement was right.

While she was performing, Erbert impressed a producer of "DWTS." The producer later recruited her for the hit reality competition show.

Erbert is not only a lover of dance. She is an avid fan of Canadian singer Celine Dion. She once admitted on Instagram that she is obsessed with the "My Heart Will Go On" singer.

At the time, she uploaded an adorable video of herself and Hough rocking out to Dion's iconic song, "It's All Coming Back to Me Now."

In 2017, Hough said in a candid interview that he is waiting to make sure the timing for their engagement was right. The professional Latin and ballroom dancer explained:

"I want to marry once. I want to be with that person that I love dearly."

Hough added that for him, marriage is something that one should not be rushed into doing. For this reason, he would first get to know the person deeply before marrying her.

Meanwhile, in addition to being a great dancer, Erbert is also a trained gymnast and a beauty queen. In 2013, she took home the second-place spot for Miss Kansas in the Miss Teen USA pageant.

Besides "DWTS," Erbert, who was born in October 1994 in Topeka, Kansas, was also a top-six finalist on season 10 of "So You Think You Can Dance."

She has made numerous appearances in other shows. In 2015, she performed at the Billboard Music Awards, as well as on the Disneyland 60th Anniversary TV Special, which both aired on ABC.
