After Cruise, [Katie Holmes] opted for a more low-key relationship with singer and actor Jamie Foxx.

Holmes' first Hollywood romance was with her "Dawson's Creek" co-star, Joshua Jackson. The chemistry the duo exhibited on-screen also transitioned into real life.

Jackson and Holmes began dating shortly after they filmed episodes for the first season of the show, shocking show creator Kevin Williamson.

Unfortunately, their relationship didn't last for long as they both fell out of love. Jackson is now happily married to model Jodie Turner-Smith.

In the early 2000s, Klein and Holmes became an item. While it's not sure when they began dating, their engagement was announced in 2005.

Holmes and the "American Pie" Star were together for another two years before breaking up with him. Klein, however, found love in 2014 in the arms of Laina-Rose Thyfault.

Of all Holmes' high-profile relationships, her publicized marriage to actor Tom Cruise was her most infamous. The "Batman Begins" star always had a childhood dream to marry the three-time Golden Globe Winner, and that was exactly what happened.

Months after her split from Klein, Holmes made a public appearance with Cruise in Rome, joining him as he accepted the David di Donatello Award for lifetime achievement.

A month after their first public outing, the "Mission Impossible" actor confessed his love for Holmes during an appearance on "The Oprah Winfrey Show." In June 2005, Holmes and Cruise announced their engagement after the actress revealed that she converted to Scientology.

They welcomed daughter Suri Cruise in April 2006, and in November that year, they tied the knot in an extravagant wedding at the 15th-century Odescalchi Castle in Italy. Six years later, Holmes shocked the world when she filed for divorce and was given primary custody of Suri.

After Cruise, the 41-year-old actress opted for a more low-key relationship with singer and actor Jamie Foxx. The pair were first seen dancing at a charity event in the Hamptons in 2013.

Despite several public sightings, the pair never openly confirmed their relationship even though they were seen together at the Clive Davis' 2018 Pre-Grammy Gala in New York City.

It wasn't until 2019 that they made their first public outing at the Met Gala, but photos of them soon stopped surfacing as sources confirmed they had split.

Holmes wasted no time getting back in the market after Foxx, and the recent rumors surrounding her and celebrity chef Emilio Vitolo Jr. are proof of it. Vitolo and the actress first made headlines when they were spotted in September 2020, having dinner in New York.

However, their budding romance was confirmed during Labor Day weekend when she was seen sitting on his legs as they engaged in a heated PDA session. A source close to the actress revealed that Holmes was enjoying their alleged relationship. The insider noted:

"Katie is like a teenager in love right now -- he makes her giddy!"

The 33-year-old chef works at the high-end restaurant, Emilio's Ballato, in SoHo, and has a host of celebrity friends, including Rihana, Nick Jonas, and Whoopi Goldberg.

He is also no stranger to Hollywood as he has featured in the series, "Royal Pains" and bagged a guest role on another comedy series titled, "Inside Amy Schumer."
