'Fresh Prince of Bel-Air' House Available for Rent on Airbnb — Guests to Be Hosted by Will Smith

The TV series, "Fresh Prince of Bel-Air," is giving its fans an opportunity to step into the "Bel-Air" world. The series is an all-time favorite to several people across the world, and this is definitely thrilling.

The "Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" house was the site for the delightful comedy series. As such, the house is not only an architectural monument, it is an emotional monument for all the show's fans.

A recent listing on Airbnb for The Freshest Mansion in Los Angeles, by Will Smith has caused a stir. The Bel-Air prince will be hosting the guests as the house owners gave him permission to list it.

The news was reportedly first released via an Instagram photo of Smith and DJ Jazzy Jeff in front of the Bel-Air house. The caption asked for the fans' opinions on renting out the house, with the hashtag "Fresh30th."

The Bel-Air crew has been making major moves in celebrating its 30th anniversary with the house listing being a part of that.

Smith stated, in the listing, that he was opening up his wing of the house that launched his career to guests. He added that he hoped they would make as many memories as he did with his friends.

The house has been listed for $30 a night and is located in Brentwood, California. The wing contains a bedroom, bathroom, pool area, outdoor lounge, and dining area.

Some of the treats set up for guests are: an outfit from the Prince's wardrobe, basketball in the room with a pair of Jordans, total privacy, and cooked meals.

The guests' complete comfort has been catered for as amenities like wifi, parking space, safety features, long-term stays, and other basic ones have been provided.

Guests will be welcomed virtually by DJ Jazzy Jeff, co-songwriter of the show's theme song. There will also be a concierge to show guests around and get them settled in. Check-in time is 3 pm while check-out is by 11 am.

The house has strict safety protocols as guests are expected to check-in and out with masks and maintain six feet from the concierge. Also, the maximum number of guests to a bedroom is 2, they must be residents in LA and currently live together.

Bookings for the house will begin on the 29th of September, and guests cannot bring in pets or infants, throw parties or events, smoke, or use illegal drugs.

In light of the 30th anniversary, Smith also reportedly disclosed that a new Banks Family Reunion was coming to HBO Max. He is also working on a 2-season reimagining of "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" as a series adaptation of Morgan Cooper's 2019 fan trailer.
