Superstar actress Taraji P Henson celebrated her 50th birthday on September 11, and still in a celebratory spirit, the actress has been posting pictures of her fantastic birthday moments.

The “Empire” star uploaded pictures of her birthday dinner and showed off her daunting birthday look in her recent Instagram post.

Henson’s birthday dinner look featured a fierce pink and a silk black bodice Versace outfit that showed off her flawless skin and beautiful legs, and her ever-vibrant spirit radiated through the pictures.

In preparation for her 50th birthday, Henson announced on her Instagram that she and a friend would be going on a 30-day fitness challenge.

The actress glowed and 50 has never looked better. Henson also styled her bold red twists by packing them up, and a few picture slides featured her excitement as she laughed and raised her glass.

On Monday, September 21, the "Hidden Figures" actress indulged in a lovely beach photoshoot and she flaunted her enviable curves in a feisty animal print string swimsuit.

The actress stepped out with no makeup for the shoot. Her lovely twists were set free, which added an extra spice to the beach look. Henson showed off her picture-ready skills with fire poses and displayed her long red twists, ending the shoot with a goofy photo with her girls.

A day after her birthday, the “Girls Trip” star shared white inspired bikini photos of her birthday cruise with her fans on her Instagram. In the pictures, Henson put her flat tummy and toned body on display and stunned in a lovely white bikini as she snatched various poses.

In the comment section, Marlon Wayans, Kerry Washington, LaLa Anthony, Regina Hall, and others wished their fellow star a happy birthday.

In preparation for her 50th, Henson announced on her Instagram that she and a friend would be going on a 30-day fitness challenge because quarantining set her back on her fitness goals.

According to her longtime trainer, Mike T, Henson's workout schedule involves seven times a week training when she is not busy working.

Physical and mental fitness are significant priorities for Henson and the "Boris Lawrence Henson Foundation," which she founded in 2018 in memory of her late father, proves this.

During an interview, the actress revealed that she suffers from depression and anxiety and that she talks to a therapist regularly, saying mental health is a personal issue.
