LeToya Luckett took some time to congratulate her former Destiny's Child groupmate Kelly Rowland who is expecting to welcome a new bundle of joy soon. The singer herself welcomed her second child back in September.

MAKING HER FEEL SPECIAL

CONCEIVING IN THE COVID-19 ERA
Rowland and her husband decided to expand their family amid the pandemic. It did not take her long to have a bun in the oven after they made the decision and she could not be more grateful for the blessing.
In her interview with Women's Health, Rowland admitted that she was hesitant to share the joyous news while the world continued to reel under the COVID-19 outbreak and with the racial protests going on.
STAYING FIT
In the same interview, she also revealed she spent most of her trimester resting in bed due to exhaustion. When she was pregnant with her first child, she could swim, do yoga, and lift weights. This time, she has been sticking to walks and stretches.
Before the pandemic and pregnancy, Rowland's jam-packed schedule consisted of a 90-minute workout session with her personal trainer. She kept her routine varied with cardio, weighted crunches, and band work.
NEW MUSIC ON THE WAY
Rowland also talked about her fifth solo album. Although she did not reveal many details including the release date, she hinted that songs will be about different pieces that make her feel whole.
Take her new single "Coffee," for instance. According to the former Destiny's Child member, the song is about a sexy mood that she fiercely hopes will take over her 40s. Her music will also reflect more emotional experiences like her reunion with her biological father.
In 2018, the singer reunited with her estranged biological father after three decades. Although she came in terms with the pain of not having a father around, she feels like there were many things that she missed and would have liked it if he was around.
"I like to touch on everything. I want it to feel very organic, coming from me," she said of her music pieces. As she continues to learn about herself, her music is bound to reflect the parts of her life and mind that she did not know existed.
