Keeping overall health is quite important in general but especially during these trying times. Actress Kate Hudson recently shared a cute video featuring her child meditating together.
Kate Hudson, 41, is taking care of her mental and physical health amid the outbreak of the novel coronavirus disease. The actress took to Instagram to share a short and adorable clip that featured her daughter.
Rani Rose Hudson Fujikawa, 2, appeared in the video sitting on top of her mother as they both focused on the camera. Hudson went first as she started humming a mantra meditation before her little daughter joined in by mimicking her.

However, as soon as she started, little Rani quickly got up and informed her mother she was done. The pair performed their exercise with the little girl folding her legs just like her mother.
Hudson captioned the post writing: “Morning sunshine’s.” In August 2020, the mother of three uploaded a hilarious video of her daughter disturbing her as she tried to do some yoga.
DOING YOGA WITH RANI
In the clip, the “Kung Fu Panda 3” actress appeared in the clip while trying to follow a yoga session via her smartphone. Little Rani is seen holding on to her mother’s legs as she strikes one of the yoga poses.
Someone could be heard laughing off-screen as the star continues with her moves with her child attached. At one point, while her mother is laying flat, Rani climbs on her back starting from her legs.
PAYING TRIBUTE TO HER KID
A few days ago, the actress paid tribute to the little girl in a lengthy post which featured a video of Rani singing “Happy Birthday” to herself. The actress celebrated the toddler’s various abilities and praised her for her performance skills and intelligence.
Hudson also discussed how her youngest child was able to make funny faces and wasn’t a big fan of wet grass. She also noted how the little girl had been practicing to sing “Happy Birthday” for months.
The day Rani sang the birthday song to herself also happened to be her birthday. She officially turned a year older on October 2, 2020, after being born two years before in 2018.
The “How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days” actress shares the little girl with her partner Danny Fujikawa. Besides Rani, Hudson is also a parent to two sons Ryder Russell Robinson, 16, and Bingham "Bing" Hawn Bellamy, 9.
