Kelly Ripa gave fans a glimpse of the stunning foyer in her $27 million townhouse New York property, which she shares with husband Mark Consuelos and their three children.
Over the weekend, renowned host and actress Kelly Ripa turned the golden 50 and received an outpouring of love and gifts from her colleagues, fans, and well-wishers.
However, the “Live with Kelly and Ryan” co-host didn’t end her big day without giving her 2.8 million a treat to make them smile. Ripa gave fans a peek of her breathtaking home in New York.
A JAW-DROPPING FOYER
To commemorate her big day, Ripa shared a series of images showcasing the array of gorgeous bouquets she got as presents, but in the process gave a peek at her stunning foyer.
Consuelos and Ripa, who has an estimated net worth of $120 million also have other stunning homes in their robust property portfolio.
The glamorous foyer had a center glass table on which a breathtaking bouquet of white flowers was placed. The vintage table sat underneath a magical two-layer chandelier and in front of an arch-doorway, which led to another section of the house.
Another image of the foyer taken from a different perspective showed a marble fireplace with a shiny mirror above it. The area was decorated with transparent pink, white, and gold balloons with glitters around them. Ripa didn’t restrict the view to only her foyer as she posted an image of her in what looked like a rooftop area while rocking a colorful maxi gown.

The gorgeous foyer is part of the “All My Children” star’s lavish townhouse home, which she shares with husband Mark Consuelos and their three kids, Michael, Lola, and Joaquin.
According to reports, Consuelos and Ripa purchased the 7,796 square-foot property in 2014 from fashion icon Luca Orlandi and his model wife Oluchi Onweagba for $27 million.
The sprawling mansion boasts of five bedrooms and six bathrooms alongside a fancy rooftop that oversees New York. The property, which is situated on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, underwent a ceiling-to-floor renovation before the couple purchased it. That year, it broke the record as the second most expensive townhouse sold in New York.
Other exquisite features of the home include two fireplaces, an extensive living room, an elevator, and a lush garden. During the lockdown, the host filmed her renowned morning show from her home and gave her viewers a peek of the jaw-dropping building.
RIPA’S OTHER HOMES
Consuelos and Ripa, who has an estimated net worth of $120 million also have other stunning homes in their robust property portfolio. The lovebirds have a cozy vacation home in Telluride, Colorado, with a lovely patio where they entertain guests.
They also have a 5-bedroom house in Southampton, which they bought for $2.35 million in 2004. The 5,572-square-foot property boasts a large compound with a standard swimming pool and a ball court where the kids have fun.
