The picture saw David Jr. donning red and black sportswear while his father, Otunga, wore a black tank top, flaunting his incredible body.

The photo was accompanied by a caption where he explained that they were doing homework. Otunga added that helping his son reminded him of how his mom used to help him as a child. He concluded by writing:

"The most important investment you can make is to invest time into your children."

The heartwarming post caught the attention of many fans and followers who took to the comments section to leave their thoughts about the picture.

Otunga and his then-fiancé, Jennifer Hudson welcomed David Jr. in 2009. However, the couple never made it down the aisle before calling it quits in 2017.

The end of their relationship marked the start of an acrimonious custody battle which lasted for about two years. In July 2019, they finally reached an agreement and have since remained cordial as co-parents.

In the past,  Otunga worked as a professional wrestler and was one of Nexus's original members. He started his career in 2008 and worked for seven years before retiring in 2015.
