'American Idol' Alum Fantasia Flaunts Fit Legs in a Photo Wearing Ripped Shorts & Chic Jacket

Fantasia Taylor recently shared a photo of herself donning ripped shorts and a chic jacket. The singer looked incredibly stunning in the outfit which showed off her toned legs.

Since gracing the "American Idol" stage in 2004, Fantasia Taylor has constantly proven that she is more than a talented singer— she is also a fashion icon.

Taking to Instagram, Fantasia shared a photo of herself donning ripped denim shorts and a white tank top. She topped off the look with a floral jacket with buttons left undone.

With the denim shorts stopping above her knees, Fantasia proudly flaunted her toned legs. She accessorized with a pair of gold heels that showed off the cute tattoos on her feet and ankle.

For her face, Fantasia opted for subtle makeup but spiced things up with a pop of red lipstick. She appeared to be looking down as she posed for the photo. The singer kept it simple in her caption by writing:

"Why Not?"

The gorgeous photo caught the attention of many fans and followers who took to the comments section to leave compliments for the singer.

Before meeting her husband, Fantasia was a mother to two young children. She had also been involved in a series of toxic relationships. In 2010, the singer attempted suicide amid some personal issues.

While marriage might not mean so much to others, Fantasia experienced significant change after getting married to Taylor. Not only did the singer develop a newfound love for books, but she was also able to leave the past behind and create a peaceful life for herself.

In addition to enjoying a beautiful marriage, Fantasia is also enjoying a successful career. Last year, the singer was invited to perform the theme song for Tamron Hall's show.
