'American Idol' Alum Fantasia Barrino Puts Her Curves on Display in Sequinned Pink Dress

Fantasia Barrino is not only one of the greatest vocalists of this age; she is also a beauty queen. She recently showed off her beauty as she flaunted her shape in a new Instagram photo.

Fantasia Barrino took to Instagram to engage her fans by sharing a photo from when she was about to perform for OWN TV. This was indicated by her caption which read:

"Singing from Home for @owntv #StayTuned picture by @goliathworldwide Dress @albert_montris Hair @derickuscrawford makeup Makeup@Aboutfacemakeup1."

The photo showed her wearing a dark pink sequined dress with a turtle neckline, long sleeves, and slightly raised shoulders. The dress was form-fitting and flattered her curves as it fell straight to the floor.

Her hands were wrapped together with her nails painted a different shade of pink and a ring glinting on her left marriage finger. Her hair was styled into a cute pixie cut while her makeup screamed bold and beautiful. She sealed off the look with stone-set gold hoops.

Barrino was standing in a charming music room with a grand piano dominating it while a sole standing microphone stood at the side. The room was curtained off with light sheer fabric while colored lights altered the ambiance and shone on the glassy marble-printed floor.

Fans were excited to hear her sing and asked when and where the show was going to air with promises to put off prior engagements.

Several chants of praises filled the comments as many fell in love with the dress. A certain fan called her a work of art while another said she deserved a lifetime achievement award.

FANTASIA BARRINO'S LIFE

The singer had won the third series of "American Idol" in 2004 at the age of 19 which made her the youngest winner yet at the time. She churned out three successful albums after the show before she attempted suicide by overdose.

This was a result of her scandalous relationship with Antwaun Cook who's wife, Paula Cook claimed that the duo had an affair while she was still married to him.

The "When I See You" crooner claimed she couldn't handle the pressure and just wanted it to end. She added that she had dealt with a lot, including having a daughter at 17 and being on "American Idol" at 19.

Barrino has gone on to release seven albums and performed on Broadway shows with her role model, Pattie LaBelle. She also left her record label to find her own style of music while rejecting any form of limitation to her music.
