Christina Anstead's Ex Ant Shares Details on a 30-Day Program for Breakup Recovery Amid Divorce
Television presenter Ant Anstead shared the "lifeline" he found in a recovery program following his recent separation from his wife of under than two years, Christina Anstead.
Ant Anstead enlisted professionals' help to transform into his best self after his split from Christina Anstead, only weeks after their son Hudson celebrated his first birthday.
Christina announced their separation on September 18, after less than two years of marriage, and he shared how a "Breakup Recovery" course turned out to be just the thing he needed to bounce back.
The television presenter gave details on the five-week program called Create the Love. Reportedly, the program helps others heal following a breakup so they can thrive again. Posting to social media, Ant shared his progress having reached day 30 of the program and wrote:
"I have to say it’s been a lifeline for me! If anyone out there needs this DO IT!”
HOW HE FEELS ABOUT THE SPLIT
While Ant prefers to keep his private life out of the media, the television presenter opened up about his feelings a week after Christina made the announcement for the first time. Being gracious about the situation, Ant wrote:
"I have remained silent while holding on to hope. I never gave up on us. I pray Christina's decision brings her happiness."
CHRISTINA COMMENTS ON THE SPLIT
Following her initial announcement, the "Flip or Flop" star shared that her breakup with Ant is anything but easy. Christina never thought she would be on the other side of two failed marriages with a child from each, but she takes the "curveball" as a challenge to help her grow.
El Moussa joked that he needed the help of a "weed wacker."
Even though Ant and Christina are finding a way to navigate their new reality apart from each other, Christina said that the children would remain on top of their priority list.
The reality star also shares two children, Taylor Reese and Brayden James, with her first ex-husband Tarek El Moussa, and a new chapter for them just began.
Meanwhile, Christina Anstead and El Moussa had fun on set when they recently filmed an episode for the new season of "Flip or Flop" that returned to HGTV on October 15 for a total of fifteen episodes.
Sharing a teaser clip on social media, it showed Christina jokingly calling El Moussa a "bald kitten" after noticing that he had all his body hair shaved off. Humorously, El Moussa joked that he needed the help of a "weed wacker" to get rid of all the hair.
