Prince William and Kate Middleton are out and about their royal duties given the ease of the lockdown, and the duchess is doing well to turn heads with her outfit during her outings.

On Tuesday, October 20, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge stepped out to participate in the Hold Still community photography project's digital exhibition, which Kate launched earlier in May.

For the event, which was held at Waterloo Station, Kate looked breathtaking and elegant in a chic Alexander McQueen maroon red coat over a camisole ad black pleated skirt. She finished off the classy ensemble with a pair of Gianvito Rossi block pumps estimated to be $632.

She accessorized and finished the look with a cute Love Letter small top handle bag by Grace Han. The leather bag has gold buckles and reportedly costs more than $2,000. Her trademark honey-gold hair was styled into a bouncy blow-dry that was parted by the side.

In photos of the outing shared on Kensington Palace's Instagram, the duchess and the duke looked at images on boards and interacted with the subjects as they studied posters.

Kate and William kept safe and complied with COVID-19 protocols, with the mother-of-three opting for a brown floral mask while William wore a blue mask. During the community photography campaign, Kate received over 31,000 entires, and in September, displayed the top 100 images.

These portraits were shown with the help of the National Portrait Gallery and Coop UK. The appearance at the Waterloo station isn't the first time Kate has made jaws drop in red.

In March, the 38-year-old rocked a crimson coat dress to attend the Commonwealth Day Service alongside Prince William and brother-in-law Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

Stylish coats have been Kate's style since she and William resumed regular royal duties after the quarantine. Earlier this month, she oozed sophistication during her visit to the University of Derby to assess how the pandemic had affected the institution.

The doting mother-of-three rocked a checker Massimo Dutti coat over a blue cashmere sweater and black pants with pumps. She spiced it up with a gold chain and thin leather belt that accentuated her lithe waist.
