Country star Kelsea Ballerini didn't come to play at the 2020 CMT Music Awards, and her daring ensemble at the award ceremony was proof of it. The "Miss Me More" crooner made jaws drop on the blue carpet in a breathtaking disco ball mini dress that accentuated her impressive figure.
Ballerini proudly donned a silver Tom Ford outfit that featured a high neck and stylish puffy long sleeves with graceful folds and a daring open back. Her toned legs were on display and looked inviting in a pair of strappy silver heels. She accessorized with silver loops and studs with rings adorning her finger.

Her blonde hair was parted in the center and tucked behind her ears while the tresses flowed down her back. Ballerini finished off the look with a smoky eye and nude lips, giving a sensual smile to the camera.
Ballerini didn't only show off her fashion skills at the award show but she also put her singing skills on display.
The ensemble caused a rave on social media, with fans gushing over her mind-blowing fashion skills. However, she proved that she was indeed a style icon when she revealed on her Instagram story that the attire wasn't a dress but a blouse.
She shared a photo of her look at the ceremony on her Instagram with a catchy caption that read, "playin dress up." At the award show, Ballerini was up for three awards. She was nominated for video of the year, female video of the year, and CMT performance of the year with Halsey.
Unfortunately, the 27-year-old ceded the awards, but she handled her loss graciously. She took to Twitter to assure her fans that all hope wasn't lost with a touching message, thanking them for voting relentlessly for her.
Ballerini didn't only show off her fashion skills at the award show but she also put her singing skills on display as she and Halsey led the performances with a stellar opening.
The duo was dressed in sexy leather ensembles in a pre-taped recording of their hit song's rendition, "Graveyard." Their performance was shot in Los Angeles in a bar-like setting, after which hitmakers like Maren Morris, Kane Brown, Luke Bryan, Shania Twain, and Little Big Town.
Carrie Underwood led the award show with two wins —video of the year and female video of the year— while Bryan on the other hand bagged male video of the year.
Old Dominion took home the group video of the year, and singing duo Dan + Shay won duo video of the year. Other winners were Gabby Barrett, Blake Shelton, and Gwen Stefani, Chris Young, Granger Smith, and Jennifer Nettles.
