Unfortunately, it seems those dreams might not come to pass anytime soon as Efron has found love in the arms of the Australian model Vanessa Valladares.

The duo is fast making headlines and reportedly getting serious. However, before Valladares came into the picture, the "High School Musical" star had an extensive romantic history.

Of all of Efron's romantic involvements, his relationship with his Disney co-star Vanessa Hudgens has been the most high profile. The pair dated from 2005 to 2010 after meeting on the set on "High School Musical."

According to reports, the decision to split was mutual, and afterward, the duo lost contact with each other. Nevertheless, there are no hard feelings between the former lovebirds.

After a two-year hiatus, Efron was linked with actress Lily Collins. Before they co-starred in their Netflix project, "Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile," Collins and Efron dated for a year between 2012 and 2013. The actor and Olympic swimmer Sarah Bro raised speculations in January 2019 after they were seen attending a fitness class together in Los Angeles. VANESSA VALLADARES

After some months of staying away from the dating scene, 2020 brought love to the 33-year-old's doorstep when he met model Vanessa Valladares in June while she was working at a cafe in Australia.

In just a few months, the duo has reportedly gotten serious as Valladares has moved into his home in Byron Bay. For his 33rd birthday, which took place on October 18, the "Dirty Grandpa" star had a lavish party in Australia. A source close to the couple said of their relationship:

"Zac and Vanessa are very happy. They celebrated Zac's birthday with friends before the weekend. Their relationship is very serious. Vanessa lives with Zac in Byron Bay."

According to Daily Mail, the lovebirds not only had a star-studded party as Efron reportedly gifted her a stunning ring that was specially crafted for her. Although it wasn't an engagement ring, an insider mentioned that the actor gave the jewelry in a romantic way and described it as an unofficial engagement.
