Khloé Kardashian Jokes about Photoshopping Absent Kylie Jenner into a Photo from Kim's Birthday

The “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star considered a digital solution to her little sister missing from an important family photo she recently shared on her social media.

36-year-old media personality Khloé Kardashian casually addressed the absence of her half-sister, 23-year-old Kylie Jenner, at their sibling Kim Kardashian’s 40th birthday trip to French Polinesia late in October 2020.

On October 28, a week after Kim’s milestone birthday, Khloé took to her Instagram feed to share a picture of all the Kardashian-Jenner siblings minus Kylie, and Khloé used the post’s caption to prove that she hadn’t forgotten about Kylie.

“I was thinking about photoshopping Kylie into this photo,” Khloé wrote next to the photo, which pictured Kim and Kourtney Kardashian in the first row and Khloé, Rob Kardashian, and Kendall Jenner, all but Rob posing barefoot on the sand.

The caption only made fans and followers of the famous family more curious about why didn’t Kylie joined her siblings, mother, in-laws, and family friends in the lavish and exclusive celebration.

WHY DIDN’T KYLIE ATTEND

This is not the first time recently when Kylie is nowhere to be seen in a big family gathering, having also missed a reunion of the sisters at the countryside on Kim’s actual birthday, and the especial 40th birthday episode of “Keeping Up With The Kardashians.”

While it remains unclear why Kylie didn’t show up at Kim’s private island surprise birthday break, it surfaced that she, her ex-boyfriend Travis Scott, and their daughter Stormi, flew back to Los Angeles for a trip on their own on October 26.

Kylie has certainly been busy with the launch of her latest leopard-themed Kylie Cosmetics’ collection, which became finally available on the brand’s website on October 26 as well, which might have the direct attention of the cosmetics mogul.

To mark the big occasion, Kylie took to her Instagram account to share both a video and a photograph of herself with leopard skin patterns projected onto her nude figure, prompting her fans and followers to visit kyliecosmetics.com

AN UNPOPULAR TRIP

As much as Kylie might have loved to join the rest of the family to celebrate Kim’s birthday in true Kardashian style, she probably doesn’t regret having missed the trip as much after it has caused such a backlash on social media.

Following a tweet by Kim herself, on which she shared the motivation behind her birthday getaway to a private island, a lot of people accused the family of being out of touch with the reality of many families that have not been able to gather for months due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The discontent about Kim’s desire to “pretend things were normal just for a brief moment in time” was so big among some users that the entire thing soon became a viral meme, with people replicating Kim’s exact words and accompanying hem with the most absurd vacation plans imaginable.
