'Flip or Flop' Stars Christina Anstead & Tarek El Moussa Announce Shows Renewal for Season 10

Christina Anstead and Tarek El Moussa on Thursday announced that their hit renovation show had been renewed for a 10th season

In a series of long Instagram posts, Christina and Moussa announced the return of their famous renovation show "Flip or Flop" for a new season on Thursday.

Christina and Tarek have been thrilling fans with their show "Flip or Flop" since it premiered in 2013 on HGTV. The duo purchase, renovate, and resell homes.

The ex-couple have continued co-hosting the show even after finalizing their divorce in 2018. On his Instagram, Tarek revealed that filming for the new season has already begun. Tarek wrote in his post,

"10 years ago I was a broke 29 years old and today and I'm posting this message to millions of people."

Christina confessed on her page that it felt weird to say, but the show is returning for the tenth season. The show host shared a cute photo of her and Tarek standing in an empty room and revealed that her dream had always been a decade of tv.

The post garnered an impressive 95k likes and more than two thousand comments. Fans were thrilled with the announcement of the show's return.

Fans commended the ex-couple for putting their differences aside to co-parent their two children as well as keeping the show running.

Tarek was diagnosed with thyroid and testicular cancer after a nurse watching the show alerted him to a lump on his neck.

One fan said that they were excellent business partners and amazing parents. Another fan congratulated the ex-couple on their new feat.

According to reports, Season 10 of the HGTV series will consist of 15 episodes and premiere in late 2021. The show reportedly has over 9 million viewers since it premiered.

The brains behind the show, Anstead and El Moussa, reportedly split in 2016 after seven years of marriage and share their two children, daughter Taylor, 10, and son Brayden, 5.

After their split, a source close to Anstead revealed that the star was focusing on creating her happiness and remaining positive while surrounding herself with people who are uplifting her.

Meanwhile, Tarek was diagnosed with thyroid and testicular cancer after a nurse watching the show alerted him to a lump on his neck. The reality star was able to overcome both diseases.

Christina found love in the arms of Ant Anstead shortly after her divorce from Tarek. According to reports, the show host has filed for divorce from Ant, which has come as a surprise for fans.
