During this week's riveting episode of the reality TV show "Bachelorette," it is safe to say that the viewers were kept at the edges of their seats. Former contestant of the show, Kaitlyn Bristowe, shared her views after the unprecedented turn of events.

The drama began when this season's Bachelorette Clare Crawley fell for one of the contestants, Dale Moss, barely two weeks into filming the competition, much to everyone's surprise.

After the build-up between the two, he subsequently proposed, and she accepted, forcing the producers of the show to bring in Tayshia Adams, a new Bachelorette, to complete the contest with the remaining 16 men.

In an interview, Bristowe candidly opened up about the whole affair. She explained that the new couple, Crawley and Moss, had a better chance than many other "Bachelor" couples because they did not have to go through the rest of the show.

She added that since Crawley knew what she wanted with him, she did not have to go through all the other relationships with the rest of the men. She then opined that this was a better foundation to start on than most of the couples who usually come off the show has had.

The reality tv star also called their love a "modern-day romance" and revealed that she had hope for their new relationship. She then added that she knew people were hard on them because of how quickly their love grew.

On the show's finale, she got engaged to Shawn Booth, and the pair went on to date for three years.

Another Bachelorette alum DeAnna Pappas also shared her views on the whole dramatic affair. She revealed that she just felt bad for Crawley because she was getting so much hate from viewers in a period where it should be joyful for her.

Pappas also buttressed that her engagement should be a really great experience and probably one of the most exciting things that she will go through, but that had unfortunately not been the case.

In 2015, Bristowe took part in the 29th season of the show, which similarly had two Bachelorettes, her and Britt Nilsson. She was, however, chosen to lead the show because all the male suitors preferred her to Nilsson.

After the turn of events on this year's season, Bristowe opened up about her experience in a similar situation. She revealed that she also received heavy criticism for being the preferred one and it was hard because all she was doing was being herself.

On the show's finale, Bristowe got engaged to Shawn Booth, and the pair went on to date for three years. After their split in 2018, she started dating her current beau, Jason Tartick, and they live in Nashville with their dogs.

Last month, in honor of Tartick's 32nd birthday, Bristowe released a touching country song titled "Good for Somebody." No doubt, their love has grown into a beautiful bond over time.
