Pink's Heartwarming Tribute to Relatives on Veterans Day Is a Must-See [Photos]

Singer Pink commemorated Veterans Day with a slew of heartwarming photos of family members who served the country alongside a touching appreciative message.

Pink didn’t allow Veterans day to pass by without giving respect to whom respect is due. On the sentimental holiday, the singer took to her Instagram to honor her family members who have served in the military.

The “Just Give Me a Reason” crooner shared a three-slide post; the first slide was a lovely throwback photo of her grandparents, with her grandfather donning his military uniform. Next was a sweet image of her father and her stepmother, Grace.

The lovebirds were locked in a warm embrace on what seemed like their wedding day. Lastly was a cute, heartwarming photo of Pink and her older brother posing for the camera with wide grins on their faces.

Earlier this month, Pink’s husband made headlines when he shared heart-melting images from a last-minute trip the family-of-four took.

In the accompanying caption, the 41- year-old mentioned that each family member whose photo was uploaded was a veteran. She appreciated their sacrifice, writing:

“There are so many families who have sacrificed for the freedoms we all enjoy. You all have my sincerest appreciation for who you are and what you do for the rest of us.”

She concluded, thanking veterans for their service and vivid example of selflessness. The post garnered hundreds of thousands of likes and comments from fans who applauded Pink for a moving tribute.

Earlier this month, Pink’s husband made headlines when he shared heart-melting images from a last-minute trip the family-of-four took to the wilderness. The series of images showed a white RV the clan took, a beautiful sunset reflecting on the lake, and the sky adorned with stunning dawn colors.

However, the highlight of the six- slide upload was the cute photos of his children with Pink. One was of big sister Willow fishing while in a green bomber jacket, and the other showed Jameson with his long blonde hair, and his face turned to the camera.

In the caption, the motor cross competitor revealed the lovely nicknames he gave his children. He wrote:

“Willz and I did some pre- sunrise fishing and Jamo made sure to let the fish know we were there by throwing rocks in the lake.”

The 41-year-old singer wasn’t the only celebrity to proudly celebrate Veterans Day with a touching gesture. Several stars, including George Clooney, Chris Evans, Jennifer Aniston, donated precious items to the 4th Annual Veterans Day Celebrity Auction.

Clooney blew minds with a donation of his autographed Omega Globemaster watch while Aniston gave a custom Louis Vuitton bag with Leonardo Da Vinci’s Monalisa drawn on it.

Marvel star, Evans, proved that he was indeed a superhero giving up an autographed Captain America shield and a poster from “Captain America: The First Avenger.”

Other celebrities like Kelly Ripa followed in Pink’s steps and honored their loved ones. The renowned host shared a photo of her dad and husband Mark’s dad to appreciate them for serving in the Army and Navy.
