Tyler Perry's Partner Gelila Bekele Stuns Flaunting a Voluminous Updo Hairstyle in a Photoshoot

Gelila Bekele, Tyler Perry's partner, posted to her Instagram account a picture taken during a recent photoshoot, showing a high updo hairstyle.

The 34-year-old Gelila Bekele, Tyler Perry's long-time partner posted the photo on Wednesday and she looked model gorgeous. The sleek-looking image was taken by photographer, Michael Rowe.

Bekele called the image one of her favorites by the portrait photographer in the caption. She also tagged celebrity hairstylist, Mann Morgan-Nance.

In the photo, Bekele's curly hair is held up in a high ponytail and she is looking off into the distance. The photo had fans gushing about how stunningly beautiful she looked. One fan wrote, "Beautiful in every way"

Bekele also shared to her Instagram stories short videos of the before and after of her hairdo. In the before picture, her hair was straight and the after image showed her curly hair.

According to her website, Bekele started modeling in 2006 when she was first signed to Ford Models (New York and Paris). She has featured in several beauty campaigns including H&M, Michael Kors, and Pantene.

The model is an advocate for girls in her home country, Ethiopia. She is also an advocate for access to clean water, working with the organization, Charity Water, that builds wells in Africa.

Bekele released a book titled "Guzo" in 2016. The book details the everyday life of six different tribes in Ethiopia, including their culture, religious practices, work, and customs.
