Heartbroken by the discovery, Simone had to undergo life-saving surgery.

Heartbroken by the discovery, Simone had to undergo life-saving surgery to prevent cancer from taking her life. Years after, she started her jewelry collection to help raise money and offer help to those who suffer from the same condition.

In 2018, the mother of four, who has been married to LL Cool J for 25 years, teamed up with her long-time friend, singer Mary J. Blige, to create a line of big, bold pieces to represent bold and strong women everywhere.

About a year later, the thriving entrepreneur celebrated her 16th year of being cancer-free by collaborating with the American Cancer Society on a new campaign called "Beat Cancer Like A Boss." It is clear that Simone has a great story that fuels her passion and wisdom. She is such an inspirational woman!
