The "Coffee" singer said that it was equally important to remind people that life is important and now that she is at the door of 40, taking care of herself means a lot to her.

One person who shares Rowland's excitement about welcoming a new member into the family is her cute six-year-old son Titan who she says cannot wait to be a big brother.

Rowland previously revealed that Titan had asked for a sibling, but it was not the right time. Now that a sibling is on the way, the six-year-old cannot hide his excitement.
