American television host Jeannie Mai showed off her slim waist in a gorgeous long sparkling dress in a recent Instagram photo. She was seen posing alongside her fiancé, rapper Jeezy.

Jeannie Mai has always been a source of inspiration in the world of fashion over the years. With her keen interest and prowess, she has written her name among the stars who would always remain on top of their game.

In the most recent show of her elite fashion sense, the 41-year-old was seen dressed in a stunning evening number. She was clad in a jaw-dropping black gown that sparkled beautifully in the light.

The full-length gown absolutely accentuated Mai’s body shape and gave a good view of her gorgeous curves. It was a see-through halter neck dress that opened up just below the chest and showed off her trim abdomen.

She combined the attire with a gold belt and full elegant makeup. Her ears were speckled with lovely three-piece dangle earrings, and her knuckles and wrists were accessorized with precious bracelets and rings.

Her fiancé, rapper Jeezy was also impeccably dressed. He was all geared up in a white long-sleeved shirt and black pants. He paired the outfit with a matching waistcoat, a striped tie, and a black pair of shoes.

To top it all up, he accessorized with several iced chains around his neck and a sturdy wristwatch. As they posed in front of a wooden door, the love birds struck quite the fashionable figure.

She was recently diagnosed with epiglottitis.

The pair, who has been dating for over a year, has, however, received some heavy criticism for their relationship. Fans and followers of Mai carried some resentment against her when she once made open offensive statements about Black men.

The fashionista, while still married to her ex-husband Freddy Harteis, opined that she liked dark meat on the side when referring to Black men. The remark had caused a general controversy at the time and also when she started dating the rapper in 2019.

Mai also received heavy backlash in October this year after she revealed that she wants to be submissive in her marriage. She made the statement during an episode of the TV show “The Real,” and fans did not receive it kindly.

The TV star later took to her Instagram to defend herself, explaining that relinquishing power to another individual was power in itself. She also added that it was a willing and not a forcible submission.

It is also noteworthy that Mai has had a tough couple of weeks. She was recently diagnosed with epiglottitis, a throat abscess and tonsil infection, and had to undergo emergency surgery. She is, however, making a speedy recovery, as revealed by Jeezy.

He, on the other hand, has had quite an eventful week. On Thursday, he was engaged in a “Verzuz” rap battle against fellow rapper Gucci Mane on Instagram Live and Apple Music. Surely, the show served as a great distraction for the rapper during such a sensitive time.
