The Blast: Megan Fox Files to Divorce Brian Austin Green after More Than 10 Years of Marriage
Star actress Megan Fox has made a decision to end her decade-old marriage to Brian Austin Green. The duo has three kids together and are both attuned to joint custody.
Megan Fox has pulled the plugs off her 10-years plus marriage to “90210” star Brian Austin Green as she filed for divorce after months of back and forths.
In the document obtained by The Blast, Fox, who shares three children with her estranged spouse, requested joint legal and physical custody of their brood while closing up all options of spousal pay from either her or Green.

In response, Green agreed to almost all her terms while leaving the spousal support option open. As the duo proceeds with the separation process, they are yet to share their thoughts on child support.
As many fans would have noticed, Fox seems to be over the moon about her new lover, Machine Gun Kelly, whom she joined in quarantine from the beginning of the pandemic.
While Green and his former spouse are settled on finalizing their divorce, there have been some discrepancies in the divorce documents. Fox stated that they got separated in 2019, while Green noted that it was March 2020.
Green made it known that there were no guidelines to how parents should raise kids.
Leading up to their divorce news, the celebrity pair has had media meltdowns where they channeled each other. The most recent one from Fox was direct as she called Green out during Halloween.
Fox, who starred in “Transformers,” was quite livid as she clamped down on her longtime partner while sharing that he was always about making her look like the incompetent parent.
Her claims came as a result of Green’s now-deleted Instagram post, where he showed off their little son’s Halloween costume and gushed over him. The star dad took the post down after Fox’s outburst.
Before long, the star actress got moral support from Green’s exes, Courtney Stodden and Vanessa Marcil, who both agreed with her that Green enjoyed using fatherhood to his advantage.
In her media outburst, Fox noted that the actor did not have to show off his kids on social media at every opportunity just to make her look like the unserious parent, adding that she also spent Halloween with them.
Once speaking about co-parenting, Green made it known that there were no guidelines to how parents should raise kids. He noted that the best thing to have is good communication for better co-parenting before wishing Fox the best.
