The one-minute clip was a montage of himself and his ex-girlfriend sharing sweet moments over the years. It included throwback footage of the former love birds laughing and dancing together and generally having a good time.

The video was set to Michael Jackson's hit single, "The Lady in My Life," and it also featured clips of their three children: Jessie, D'Lila, and Christian. Beneath the post was the caption:

It goes without notice that last month, the rapper also sent out a touching tribute on the two-year remembrance of Porter's death with a series of photos on his Instagram feed.

He posted a black and white picture of the late model smiling widely in a white dress by the edge of the water, along with a message where he gushed about how much he missed her.

In a touching Instagram video, the rapper even revealed that he had a huge monument of her in his backyard.

Combs also shared another throwback photo of himself and Porter posing with their son Christian, during a fun day at the beach. He went on to gush about how irreplaceable she was and that he would love her forever.

The model died in November 2018 at the age of 47 after a long battle with lunar pneumonia. She was buried in her hometown in Columbus, Georgia, with Pastor T.D Jakes officiating the ceremony.

A few months after her passing, the 51-year-old rapper opened up about Porter's final words to him. He revealed that one night while checking on her during her illness, she told him to take care of her babies.

He added that soon after, he jumped into mommy mode to ensure that the children did not learn about her death through social media. He even went as far as disconnecting their son's phone while he was on a plane so he would not read about it online.

He also added that the larger-than-life metal statue of the model was commissioned three years before her death. With such a magnanimous gesture, it is clear that Porter's beautiful soul will never be forgotten.
