Maks Chmerkovskiy's Son Shai Is Father's Little Copy in Photo Shared by Peta Murgatroyd

Peta Murgatroyd shared an adorable new picture of her three-year-old son, and fans could not stop gushing over the uncanny resemblance between the little one and his dad, Maks Chmerkovskiy.

Peta Murgatroyd shared a new picture of her and Maks Chmerkovskiy's three-year-old son, Shai, and it is safe to say the toddler is the spitting image of his dad.

The picture featured Shai wearing a light blue sweater while sitting at a table and adorably looking away from the camera. Just like his dad, the little boy rocked his brunette locks.

Peta proudly captioned the picture, writing "My precious boy" and fans could not stop gushing about the little one's good looks in the comments section. In addition to the comments, Shai's picture also garnered several likes from fans and followers.

So far, the photo has racked up over 54,000 likes. While some users described Shai as a handsome boy, many others noted the striking resemblance between the little one and his dad. One user wrote:

"Looking more like Maks the older he gets. Still so handsome."

Murgatroyd and Chmerkovskiy welcomed their little boy in January 2017. At the time, the couple described their son as the best that has ever happened to them.

When Murgatroyd is not talking about her family life, she is busy showing off her incredible body in photos shared on social media.

The proud dad also took to Twitter, announcing their son's arrival and name. Now, nearly three years after Shai's arrival, it appears Chmerkovskiy and Murgatroyd are ready to start trying for another child, preferably a girl this time.

In March, Chmerkovskiy revealed that after their son was born, the dance champion knew he wanted a girl next, and now plans are in motion to give Shai a little sister.

Last year, Murgatroyd reportedly also admitted that she would love to have another child, and they were talking about how to make it happen in between their busy schedules.

Both Murgatroyd and Chmerkovskiy have careers as professional dancers, so it comes as no surprise that little Shai is following in his parents' footsteps already.

Murgatroyd recently revealed that Shai has started trying to do some dance moves, but she is not expecting too much, considering he is still very little.

The picture left fans gushing in the comments section about how gorgeous she looked, with many saying she is a hot mama and others adding that her husband is a lucky man.

With both of his parents' good looks, it comes as no surprise that Shai is stealing hearts already, and fans just cannot get enough of the adorable Chmerkovskiy-Murgatroyd family.
