Olivia Newton-John and her husband shared a sweet kiss under the mistletoe. In the snap, the singer-songwriter and her husband John Easterling were at the beach as they locked lips.
“While everyone is preparing for the holidays, did you know that mistletoe is not just for getting a kiss from that special someone at Christmas?” she captioned her post. Very interesting info there from the 72-year-old.

Newton-John continued to explain that mistletoe has had a long history of medicinal applications for centuries. Modern-day scientists are now exploring its use as a treatment for colon cancer. In her post, the actress tagged numerous foundations.
Their photo showed the beautiful view of the sea and beach sand while the married couple seemed to be lost in their special moment. Easterling wore a black wife-beater as their hair seemed to be blown off by the wind.
Newton-John’s fans shared their thoughts on the intel that she provided about the mistletoe. “That is great news. Let’s hope for that day to be here soon,” said one Instagram user.
Another wrote, “That is fantastic news!! (Went through that – Stage 3B) – 2 years ago, and now cancer-free," while another added, "Awesome! Going out on a limb here, but I think God gave us all the medicine we need.
The couple’s post served multiple purposes, which are all very personal to them. The main purpose is to raise awareness and funds for cancer research.
According to Do You Remember.com, Easterling is a rainforest conversationist who has shown that he is dedicated to a cause. For a while, that included supporting his wife through her battle now with stage four cancer.
The couple sealed a kiss in a bid to raise money for charity. Newton-John and her 68-year-old husband got married in 2008. According to the Daily Mail, the businessman has been by his spouse’s side in sickness and in health since.
Newton-John opened up about her battle with stage-four metastatic breast cancer. In October, she recalled the terrifying moment that she was diagnosed with the disease and immediately knew that something was wrong with her.
The "Glee" actress also got candid about another sad story about her boyfriend's disappearance of nine years Patrick McDermott. According to People, McDermott disappeared while on a fishing trip off the coast of California.
It’s been a decade since his disappearance, and Newton-John told the outlet earlier this month that grief has no period. The British-Australian singer added that one is never really over their loss.
Nonetheless, the "Summer Nights" singer has found comfort in her husband and daughter, Chloe Lattanzi. Newton-John is a mother of one to her 34-year-old child.
The activist shares her daughter with her ex-husband, actor Matt Lattanzi. According to Country Living, Chloe considers her mom her best friend, and she is often seen rallying around at her side as she undergoes treatment.
