Prince Charles & Camilla Share Festive New Photo but Royal Fans Wish Merry Christmas to Diana
Prince Charles and Camilla donned matching army green parkas in a recently posted photo as they greeted everyone a festive Christmas.
This year’s Christmas was quite different for the British royal family as they veered from usual holiday traditions due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
Instead of spending the holidays over at Sandringham with the Queen and the rest of the royal family, Prince Charles and Camilla had an intimate celebration at their Gloucestershire residence at Highgrove House.

The couple in line for the throne recently wished everyone a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year on Instagram alongside a sweet photo holding up a pair of walking britches.
Both looked sporty, wearing matching green parkas. Camilla wore a pair of denim jeans and a gray scarf while holding a brown hat on the other hand and her husband donned a pair of brown pants and a green sweater.
Although several fans greeted the royals through the comments section, others wished Charles’ ex-wife, the late Princess Diana, a Merry Christmas instead.
According to an insider, the former “Suits” star hopes to make Christmas special for her husband and nearly two-year-old son.

From the looks of it, Charles and Camilla have been enjoying each other’s company for the holidays while her Majesty and Prince Philip are spending time together at Windsor Castle.
Previously, the duchess of Cornwall held a virtual Christmas tree decorating event at Clarence House to bring life and spirit to those who needed it most amid the pandemic.

The event was held on December 16 and was usually attended by children and families aided by the Helen and Douglas House children’s hospice. When asked about the season’s plans, Camilla shared:
“Well, I don’t really know. They are changing things every day. Every day we are going somewhere, and then it changes...”
Another royal couple who recently stepped down as senior members of the royal family, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, are spending Christmas in their California home for the first time.
According to an insider, the former “Suits” star hopes to make Christmas special for her husband and nearly two-year-old son as they celebrate the holidays independently.
