Claire Holt is a proud mom-of-two and wife to her second husband, Andrew Joblon. Here’s a look at her life as a married woman.

Claire Holt, who first rose to fame in the Australian children’s show “H2O: Just Add Water,” showed that she is undoubtedly a great actress during her stint in the hit television series “The Originals.”

The Australian native gave fans a glimpse of her motherhood skills and instincts on the show as she took care of her on-screen brother’s baby while hiding from antagonists. Now, as a mother-of-two, Holt is experiencing mom-life in the real world.

In July 2015, Holt announced her engagement to her first husband, Matthew Kaplan, a year after she exited “The Originals.” She left her role as the beautiful original vampire Rebekah Mikaelson to spend time with her family.

The pair tied the knot in April 2016 in a private wedding ceremony, which she wanted to keep intimate and to themselves. According to the “Aquarius” star, the gathering was a family-only event.

Sadly, their marriage was short-lived as Kaplan filed for divorce a day shy of their first wedding anniversary, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for separating.

Although the divorce date was listed as April 24, the “Pretty Little Liars” star responded to the filing in May and requested the court to restore her maiden name.

A little over three months following their split, news surfaced that Holt was dating Amanda Seyfried’s ex, Andrew Joblon. “The Originals” stars’ new beau is a real estate executive and reportedly one of Eric Trump’s good friends.

Holt made her relationship debut by posting photos of her cruising through the Italian coastline with Joblon. In another image, she posted a silhouette of what seems to be her and Joblon sharing a kiss at sunset.

Motherhood is indeed one of the most challenging jobs out there, but the actress seems to be on the right track.

On August 18, 2018, Holt and Joblon became husband and wife and shared photos of their wedding online, including one where many colorful flowers surrounded them.

In one snap, the Australian actress showed a big smile while wearing a fitted lace gown. Beside her was Joblon, looking dapper in a blue suit and sneakers, and their adorable dog, Teddy.

In 2019, Holt and Joblon welcomed their first son, James Holt Joblon, who instantly became the center of their lives. However, the new mom also experienced challenges as she commenced motherhood.

In one of her posts, the mom-of-two shared an emotional selfie while carrying her firstborn and detailed her exhausting experience. She wrote:

“I’ve had many moments like this since my son arrived. My only concern is making sure his needs are met, yet I often feel that I’m falling short.”

Holt continued to talk about motherhood and how it is a constant struggle to be the best for her family and knowing that she must take things one day at a time.

The couple recently welcomed their second child, a daughter named Elle, who came after 27.5 hours of labor. In a sweet Instagram post, the second-time mom wrote:

“She flew into the world and expanded our hearts. We are so grateful for our healthy baby and cannot wait for her to meet her big brother.”

Like her experience with James, Holt also went through challenges during her postpartum period, including anxiety about the effects of giving birth. The star admitted that she did not want to have the same difficulties again but felt lucky to have Elle.

Holt revealed that postpartum struggles were something she needed help with but felt embarrassed to be somewhat helpless at one point. Luckily, she has a supportive husband and many fans who make her feel at ease.

Motherhood is indeed one of the most challenging jobs out there, but the actress seems to be on the right track as she continues to love and nourish her children in a safe and loving environment.
