DWTS' Gleb Savchenko's Estranged Wife Elena Samodanova Requests Joint Custody & Spousal Support

Gleb Savchenko’s estranged wife, Elena Samodanova has tendered her requests for shared custody of their children and spousal support in their ongoing divorce proceedings.

Dance pro Gleb Savchenko’s estranged partner, Elena Samodanova stated in court documents that she was requesting joint legal and physical custody of their children, as well as spousal support.

Samodanova also requested the termination of theability of the court to allow the "Dancing with the Stars" dancer become eligible for any form of spousal support.

A rep for the "DWTS" champ made it known that Savchenko was not backing down because he was actively involved in raising their daughters and also in seeing to the launching of their dance studio.

The insider added that Savchenko was disappointed by the recent developments concerning his estranged wife and a friend, Vlad Kvartin after they were spotted sharing a kiss.

Despite the threats from Samodanova concerning their daughter and the controversy with Kvartin. The former couple is willing to find the common ground. The source noted to People:

“However for the sake of their daughters would prefer to keep everything as amicable as possible under the circumstances.”

Amid their divorce drama, the dance studio CEO accused her husband of 14 years of cheating on her. Once chatting about his marital life, Savchenko,37, refuted the cheating claims, affirming that he has never cheated on his wife.

Samodanova expressed her displeasure after a fan asked her how she and Savchenko would manage their ballroom franchise.

The star also pointed to the fact his rapport with his dance partners on DWTS must have gotten the situation misconstrued. The rumor mills rolled after Savchenko sent some flowers to his Season 29 dance partner Chrishell Stause.

The dance expert noted that his wife had suggested that he sent the flowers as he added that it was on a cordial note because Stause and Savchenko’s close pal, Keo Mostepo, were in a relationship.

The star shared that he and his former partner, who have two daughters together, were at loggerheads for a long time before they started living separately in July. He also accused her of cheating on him.

In a recent Instagram live session, Samodanova expressed her displeasure after a fan asked her how she and Savchenko would manage their ballroom franchise following divorce.

The choreographer noted that she was pissed at him and hasn’t had time to devise a way they would run the studio. At the time of her pronouncement, Savchenko was on vacation with his new lover, Cassie Scerbo.

The pair vacationed with Stause and Motsepe. Following the infidelity accusations she was dragged into, Stause cleared her name on several occasions, establishing that she and Savchenko were only good friends.
