Dwyane Wade's son Zaire and daughter Zaya enjoyed a family reunion with their rarely-seen mother, Siohvaughn Funches-Wade, over the holidays. Check out the sweet snaps!

Festivities have a way of bringing people together, and the Wades know it pretty well. During the holidays, Dwayne Wade's son Zaire and his trans daughter Zaya enjoyed a get together with a very special person.

The special someone was their mother, Siohvaughn Funches-Wade. Luckily for their fans, the doting mother shared a couple of snaps from the special moment on Instagram.

HAPPILY REUNITED

In the first photo, Zaya took the center frame with Funches and Zaire to her right. She and her brother were dressed in identical black tops, and they both paired them with jeans.

By the looks of it, Funches seems to be at peace with how things are now.

As for Funches, she looked stunning in an off-shoulder white top embellished with beads. Her highlighted mane looked stunning with those thick curls. Showing gratitude over meeting her sons for Christmas in the caption, she wrote:

"All I wanted for Christmas...thank you Lord Jesus...You always come through for us!"

SIOHVAUGHN'S MESSY DIVORCE

Meanwhile, Zaire took to his Instagram to share a photo with his mom. It is great to see the Wades spending time with her, especially since her messy divorce drama with their father.

After deciding to get a divorce, Wade and Funches fought an ugly fight over finances, followed by a child custody battle. Ultimately, the basketball star won and was awarded full custody of Zaire and Zaya.

Wade and his current wife, Gabrielle Union, got plenty of attention for wholeheartedly supporting Zaya's transformation, but people wondered what Funches thought of it.

By the looks of it, Funches seems to be at peace with how things are now. She and Wade welcomed Zaya in 2008. The duo would split up two years later.

THE AFTERMATH

Their divorce battle was so ugly in part because they did not have a prenup agreement. Wade paid Funches $5 million and granted her the rights to their Chicago home and four cars.

Since they had also signed a non-disparage agreement, the duo cannot speak negatively about one another in the press. That is why Funches did not mention her ex's name in her book even when she talked about her marriage.
