Tyrese attempted to touch Mary J. Blige's thigh during a photo op, and fans were laughing at her reaction: "I feel like Tyrese gets on EVERY celebrity's nerves."
Mary J. Blige recently reached a milestone in her life as she celebrated her 50th birthday with a lavish party, together with her family and closest friends.
Included in her guest list was Tyrese Gibson, whose video taking a photo with the celebrant went viral and garnered reactions from the iconic singer's fans on Twitter.
In the clip circulating social media, Gibson smiled for a picture beside Blige and attempted to hold her bare thigh without consent.
The "Be Without You Singer," who dressed in a sparkling silver dress with side cut-outs and a thigh-high slit, quickly waved her hand, signaling Gibson to back off and just smile.
Within seconds, the celebrant's face went from annoyed to happy as she flashed a bright smile at the photographers taking the photo.
FANS REACT TO TYRESE
The video has since garnered over 1.5 million viewers and several comments from fans, including one who noted that Gibson just came from a divorce and was probably hungry.
According to the singer, love will come unexpectedly, and when it does, she will not shut her doors.
Missy Elliott could not stop laughing at the video, commenting, "Her face after the 'aye aye nig’ is what got me weak." Another person replied, "Right! She had a lot of thoughts in those few seconds!"
BY THE BEACH
Apart from her party, Blige celebrated her 50th birthday with gorgeous snapshots from her beach trip. The singer looked fit in a metallic gold, snake print, two-piece swimwear while striking different poses.
Blige accessorized with a pair of oversized sunglasses, big gold hoop earrings, and several gold bracelets, which matched her long platinum blonde braided hair.
The R&B artist also received overwhelming love and support from her fans, who greeted her a happy birthday and wished her well on social media.
SPENDING THE HOLIDAYS SINGLE
Previously, Blige opened up about spending the holidays as a single woman, following her divorce from Kendu Isaacs, her husband of 13 years. In an interview on "Peace of Mind with Taraji," she admitted:
"It gets lonely and gets sad, but I just gotta thug this out until something excellent comes along."
According to the singer, love will come unexpectedly, and when it does, she will not shut her doors. However, she would rather be alone for the time being than be with the wrong person.
