Demi Moore shared the 25-year-old snap of her younger herself on Friday over on her Instagram page. The 58-year-old was smiling in the picture, oozing retro style which she captioned was one of her favorites.

Known for starring in hit films like "Ghost," and "St Elmo's Fire," the actress, a red carpet darling, often shares her glamourous snaps on Instagram. In 2019, Moore bared all in an emotional memoir titled "Inside Out."

Moore was first interested in acting when she would help her German neighbor, an actress named Natassja Kinjski, read lines. Moore, a teen at the time, lived with her mother, who abused substances.

Moore said she was inspired by the actress's confidence and wanted to emulate her. The star dropped out of school at 16 and decided to pursue a career in acting. She landed a role in the 1984 hit film "Blame it on Rio."

"She had a real strong sense of who she was. ... I wanted to drink in. I wanted to learn what it was she had."

In her book, Moore details that her childhood was not easy. The litany of traumas she faced, from being raped at 15 to her father's suicide and her mother's drug addiction, plagued Moore's mental health.

Moore's romantic relationships have all suffered. The star has been married 3 times, but Moore keeps her first husband's surname. The two divorced after Moore came clean about her extra-marital affairs.

Despite her struggles, Moore has tried to instill in her children, a love of themselves.

Moore battled with a dependency on drugs and alcohol. While filming cult hit "St. Elmos Fire" earlier in her career, Moore was forcibly put in rehab by the film's director and producers. The star admitted that the move saved her.

Moore married actor Bruce Willis, father to her 3 daughters Rumer, Scout, and Tallulah. The marriage lasted 13 years. Her 8-year marriage to actor Ashton Kutcher broke her sobriety, as she says she spiraled in the marriage.

"It was really just shaming.”

Moore's children and ex-husband Willis stopped talking to her after her divorce from Kutcher. The star returned to consuming drugs and alcohol. Moore got help, however, and has since reunited with her children.

While Moore and Willis are still close friends, Willis is now married to Emma Heming and welcomed two daughters. The blended family recently spent time together in Idaho, with Moore's new beau Dillon Buss in attendance.

The star and her children share similar hobbies. The mom of three loves dogs as much as her daughters do. They have 12 dogs amongst them. Moore can often be found on her children's Instagram pages.

Despite her struggles, Moore has tried to instill in her children a love of themselves. Like their A-List parents, all Moore's children have undertaken a creative path, and Moore has been there to support them all the way.
