Here is a story about a mother of two who thinks her biological daughter's education is more important than her step daughter's education, and this is why.

Parents are often caught in between trying to please every member of the family and not appear partial. A mother with two biological children and a stepdaughter was caught in between choosing which of the kids' education to prioritize.

Tracy is a 36-year-old mother of two kids and a stepdaughter. Tracy tries as much as possible not to make the family look divided. Her first daughter Judy is 17, while a second biological daughter Kate is 14. Her stepchild Billie is 7.

Tracy bought Judy and Kate laptops for their school work because she felt they needed them. Tracy loves to encourage her girls to do well at school. She is the sort of mom that prioritizes education.

One morning, Judy came crying to her mom, complaining that her laptop had crashed and she had a lot of coursework to do. Tracy decided to give Judy her laptop since she had backed up her files.

Seven-year-old Billie is in primary school, but she is often given homework and school projects that will require her to use a computer to solve them. Often, she uses Tracy's laptop for her work alongside her dad's.

Tracy feels she is being made to look bad. Was she wrong to think Judy's education is more important?

However, on this day, Billie and her dad, James, wanted to work on Billie's school project and needed to use Tracy's laptop, but when they approached her, she told them it was in use for Judy's school work.

James was annoyed that Judy had the laptop and asked Tracy how Billie was supposed to do her school project. It was looking like the couple had become divided over whose education to prioritise.

Tracy suggested bringing up the old computer from the basement so Billie can finish her homework, but James was offended and refused to buy the idea. The couple got into a fight.

In annoyance, Tracy snapped at James and said that Judy's education is more important than Billie's at the moment. The statement offended James, and he accused Tracy of being biased against the kids.

James called his family to inform them of the fight. James' family had been calling and sending texts to Tracy, calling her a bad mom for being biased towards Billie.
