EARLY LIFE
Born Benjamin Walker Davis on June 21, 1982, in Cartersville, Georgia, he decided to use his mother's last name, Walker, as his stage name as there was another actor registered as Benjamin Davis with the Actors Guild.
Walker graduated from Cartersville High School and Interlochen Arts Academy. He then attended the prestigious Juilliard School in New York where he graduated from the acting training program in 2014.
NEW LOVE
After his marriage to Gummer ended, they both continued their lives. She announced that she had a child in February 2019 with her fiance Mehar Sethi. He met Scodelario in April 2014 while participating in "The Moon And The Sun."
They started dating a couple of months later and in December 2014 Walker proposed to her with a cute diamond solitaire ring. Scodelario showed off the engagement ring in a post on her Instagram and Ben's name tattooed on her finger is seen under the ring.
MARRIAGE AND SON
Scodelario announced that she married Walker in December 2015 with a post she made at the top of the wedding cake on her Instagram in January 2016. In the post, she sends New Year greetings to her followers and breaks the news of her wedding.
A few months later they published a photo where they appear together and hold a balloon announcing that they were expecting their first child together. The couple announced the birth of their son with a photograph on Instagram.
SCODELARIO'S CAREER
The English actress began her career by participating in a school play, and her teacher recommended that she audition for “Skins’s,” a series for teenagers. She got the role without any problems and for several years she played Effy Stonem.
She was later chosen by Disney to play the title role in the sequel "Pirates of The Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales." She has participated in various roles during these years making a name for herself as an actress in Hollywood.
RECENT INTERPRETATIONS
After becoming a mother, the actress has become more demanding in the roles she chooses to play. Your child and family are the most important things in your life and you don't want to be involved in a project that will keep you from home for many months.
However, she has been busy participating in her role as Teresa in Maze Runner: The Death Cure, the third and final part of the franchise. It is also focused on interpreting characters that send a positive message.
WHAT COMES NEXT
Scodelario is very sure of what she wants in her life. She lives in New York with her husband and son, where her husband works in theater. He has also shared what his career goals are.
She wants to work with female directors and female producers, she wants to be involved in projects where she can get involved in the making and tell a story. The Netflix series Spinning Out in which he participated is a sure step in that direction.
