Joanna Gaines shared a throwback photo on her Insta Story and added some effects on it. The second snap shows the married couple all old and wrinkled.

Joanna captioned her picture, “I miss my side part and your gray tooth,” before adding “Happy Valentine’s @chipgaines,” and added a heart emoji along with the snap.

VALENTINE’S DAY THROWBACK

Joanna took the same photo and edited it to show how they will look in the future, wrinkled up with grey hair. The image shows the couple posing for an up-close snap.

The pair leaned in to get a focused image on their upper bodies as they both widely smiled while looking into the camera. The duo appeared to be seated as one individual can be seen photobombing their snapshot.

The individual wore white pants with a blue T-shirt. Joanna, from the right side, wore a denim jacket with hanging wooden earrings and a necklace.

She had her brunette hair worn back, leaving parts of her hair on her forehead in a fringe hairdo. Chip coordinated with his wife and wore a blue shirt with a brown top underneath.

Chip also made an effort as he kept up his Valentine’s Day tradition of leaving a sweet note for his lovely wife on one of the Silos at Magnolia Market in Waco, Texas, for the third year in a row.

In 2019, he reportedly wrote "Chip Hearts Jo," written in green letters. The year after, he went classic and wrote both their initials, C+J, in a big red heart pierced with cupid’s bow and arrows.

THEIR HOME RENOVATION

When they're not gushing over each other, earlier this month, they gave their fans a sneak peek into their home renovation on their Waco farmhouse and deemed it as messy. An exclusive preview from one of the episodes of "Fixer Upper: Welcome Home" revealed their home project's progress.

46-year-old Chip shot a home video and revealed that his wife wanted to add more to the renovation “and, of course, I like an idiot, agreed, but now look what she’s gotten us into.” Joanna admitted that the renovations had become a nightmare.

The 42-year-old mom laughed as she pointed toward her last-born son’s bedroom, whose door was hidden behind a plastic sheet. She added that he no longer sleeps in his room; the pair also share four more kids, Ella, Drake, Duke, and Emmie.

CREW MAKES AN APPEARANCE

Last month, 2-year-old Crew made an appearance on the show in the first sneak peek preview of “Fixer Upper: Welcome Home,” and his dad could not be more excited to have brought him along.

“We have brought the boss baby with us today, he reportedly said.” The clip showed little Crew helping out his parents, laughing at his father’s measuring tape-high jinks and giving high fives.

The show premiered on January 29 on Discovery+. The series is a reboot of Chip and Joanna’s popular “Fixer Upper” series. The show originally debuted on HGTV in 2013 and ended in 2018.

Joanna and Chip decided to put it on hold after five seasons on HGTV to focus on their family and businesses. Ahead of the show's comeback, they reportedly revealed that they believed it was a chapter closed but decided to bring it back.
