Akosua Busia AKA Nettie Harris on 'The Color Purple' Shows Grown-up Daughter Hadar in New Video
Hollywood star Akosua Busia joined in the Valentine's Day celebration as she gushed over her grown daughter Hadar, flaunting lovely images of her.
Akosua Busia let fans know that her Valentine was no other than her look-alike daughter, Hadar Busia-Singleton, who looked gorgeous in the images and clips her mom displayed.
The images shared on Busia's Instagram page came in the form of a slide show with Hadar flaunting her goofy side. The montage presented Hadar rocking rabbit-ears headband over her braids.

Her face was done in spotless makeup as she seemingly filmed herself from inside a car. The camera soon shifted to show another image of her during an ABC exclusive interview.
Hadar mouthed words from the interview carrying off a hilarious tone while her mom labeled her "Mama's silly rabbit." Busia sweetly captioned her post:
"Here's to my @hadsy and all those dear to our hearts. May everyday be sprinkle with #fun #laughter and above all #love…"
Hadar is the actress's only child from her marriage to late moviemaker John Singleton. Busia married Singleton in 1996, and after one year, their marriage ended.
The now-54-year-old movie star gained recognition for her role as Nettie Harris in 1995's "The Color Purple." The movie bagged 11 Academy nominations among many other recognitions at the time.
The "Boyz n the Hood" director was 51-years-old when he passed on at the Cedar-Sinai hospital.
The star who is based in the united kingdom is a Ghanian princess and the last child of former Ghanian prime minister, Dr. Kofi Abrefa Busia. From childhood to early adulthood, Busia went to school in different countries.
Besides her blockbuster act on "The Color Purple," the Hollywood actress is also known for movies like "Tears of the Sun," "ER," and "Low Blow." She has also been on Broadway.
Following her divorce from Oscar-nominated movie director Singleton, Akosua remained on good terms with him until his demise. She and her daughter stayed by his side when he had a stroke in April 2019.
After the star's demise, Busia took to her Instagram page with a touching tribute as she talked about their years together and how he was a loving dad to their bundle of joy. She also shared throwback photos of her moments with him.
