Mike Epps' Ex-wife Mechelle McCain Celebrates Daughter Moriah's 16th B-Day & Posts Rare TBT Pic

Mike Epps' ex-wife, Mechelle McCain took to Instagram to celebrate their daughter, Moriah's milestone 16th birthday. The doting mom commemorated the occasion with sweet past and present photos of her first child.

"Next Friday" star Mike Epps' daughter Moriah Epps received a lot of love on her 16th birthday. After Epps shared his sweet tribute to Moriah on Instagram, her mother, Mechelle McCain followed suit.

The doting mom celebrated Moriah, who is her first child, with a loving Instagram message accompanied by two photos of the pair, a recent pic followed by a throwback picture.

MORIAH'S SWEET SIXTEEN

McCain declared her love for Moriah in the short caption as she wished her daughter a splendid day. The proud mom also shared sentiments about how fast her daughter is growing. She wrote:

"To my first born. You have grown up so fast. I love the young lady you are becoming."

The first photo that McCain chose to share was a sweet mommy-daughter snap of herself and Moriah posing outside a restaurant in smart-casual outfits.

The second post was an adorable throwback of a young McCain sporting a huge smile while holding her baby girl close. Moriah looked lovable with her chubby cheeks and tiny baby teeth.

EPPS AND McCAIN'S RELATIONSHIP

Epps and McCain share two children, Moriah and Maddie, who they welcomed during their ten-year-marriage. The pair met in 2003 while filming "The Fighting Temptations" and tied the knot in July 2006.

Although McCain believed the ups and downs of their marriage were normal, she was surprised when Epps filed for divorce in 2016. She opened up about the divorce during an interview with Hollywood Unlocked. She added:

"Maybe God was saving me from something."

EPPS MOVES ON

Epps and McCain finalized their divorce in September 2017 and the pair moved on after agreeing to split assets and share joint custody of their two daughters.

While McCain hasn't remarried, it wasn't long before Epps found love again with television producer, Kyra Robinson. The "The Hangover" actor, who admitted that he prefers married life, walked down the aisle a second time in 2019.

EPPS HAS FIVE DAUGHTERS

Less than a year into their marriage, Epps and Robinson welcomed their first child, Indiana Rose Epps, giving the "All About The Benjamins" actor a total of five daughters.

The comedian also has two older daughters Makayla Epps and Bria Epps, from previous relationships. Despite yearning for a son, Epps is content being a father to only girls and is grateful for them.
