Venus Williams is a naturally stunning woman. The tennis champion showed off her flawless beauty in a makeup-free close-up selfie that she shared on Instagram.

Famous tennis player Venus Williams knows how to keep her fans entertained whether on the court or on social media. Included in the tons of content she shares are selfies reminding fans of her age-defying beauty.

Recently, the seven-time Grand Slam champion proved how great she looks even in the morning without applying any enhancements to her face.

Williams posted a close-up selfie to her Instagram story which showed her lying on a pillow while wearing a cheetah-print top with lace details along the hem.

Her natural hair was straightened and parted along the middle to frame her round face. Williams, who was pictured smiling subtly, looked fresh-faced with her brown skin glowing in the natural light.

Williams' flawless skin is the result of a dedicated daily routine which she shared with fans via a Vogue vlog. After learning to take care of her skin from mom, she created her own skincare routine.

The tennis star admits to struggling with acne and uses a combination of a tea tree cream cleanser, hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, and retinol to care for her skin and avoid breakouts.

Like most women, Williams also enjoys the glam associated with wearing makeup. On the court, she likes to keep it simple and will often apply eyeliner, but in her day-to-day life, she adds a few more products.

Williams is a fan of Chantecaille’s feather-light foundation paired with an Anastasia Beverly Hills contour cream. For a finishing touch, she likes to apply her Thrive Causemetics’s lengthening mascara.

Once Williams is done putting on makeup, she feels ready to face the day, and as a four-time Olympic gold-medalist, her day can include anything from dominating on the tennis courts or running her interior design and fashion businesses.

Part of her role as a public figure is to inspire women on and off the court. Williams hopes to teach women to be confident, independent, and courageous. She added:

"No matter what your passion is, there is nothing as incredible as living your dreams, so be sure to enjoy it. That’s why I always say dream big!"

Williams, 40, believes the key to success lies in striving for the best. Her positive mindset and forward-thinking are some of the qualities that have allowed her to enjoy a long successful career.

She and her younger sister, Serena Williams, 39, are icons in the tennis world, dominating the courts despite their age. The pair recently qualified and competed in the 2021 Australian Open held in Melbourne.
