Guns N' Roses Drummer Matt Sorum, 60, and Wife Ace Harper, 36, Are Expecting 1st Child Together

Guns N' Roses former drummer Matt Sorum and his wife Ace Harper are expecting their first child together after seven years of marriage. The soon-to-be parents also shared the gender of their unborn baby.

Renowned drummer Matt Sorum and his wife Ace Harper are expanding their family! In an exclusive feature in People Magazine, the couple revealed that they are expecting their first child together.

The duo took their confession to the next level when they shared a video of their intimate gender reveal party. While in their home, the pair sliced a cake to reveal a pink buttercream, indicating it was a girl.

The lovebirds screamed in joy. In a statement to the publication, the Guns N' Roses alum and his dancer wife shared that they were thrilled to be having a daughter. Speaking about the joy of being parents, they said:

"There is nothing that compares to the joy we feel of finally creating our own family."

The Grammy award-winning drummer took to his Instagram to share more details of the pregnancy announcement, uploading photos from an outdoor maternity shoot he and Harper had.

2021 is undoubtedly a blessed year as many celebrity babies are due to arrive.

In the first slide, the doting husband was seen embracing Harper from behind as she cradled her burgeoning baby bump, looking intimate. Another frame showed them walking on the street, while the last snapshot saw them by the pool.

Harper proudly flaunted her bikini body in a black two-piece and fishnet. In the accompanying caption, the 60-year-old disclosed that their baby girl was coming in July and promised to show his baby girl all the beautiful life experiences.

Fans may recall that the famous rocker and his bride tied the knot in October 2013. The couple exchanged their vows in Palm Springs, California, in front of several of their A-lister friends including, John Stamos, Jane Lynch, and Steven Tyler.

Harper stunned in a Monique Lhuillier dress while Greek designer John Varvatos clothed Sorum and his groomsmen. Per reports, the lovebirds began dating in 2004 and got engaged seven years later.

Harper, who is 24 years younger than her husband, is a talented dancer who has worked with Jennifer Lopez and Lenny Kravitz. She is also a fashion designer and is currently working on releasing her collection.
