"My little rays of ☀️"
Aden wore a yellow printed shirt and denim shorts as he examined a flower on his hand. Ariah donned a pink shirt and pants with a white jacket tied around her hips.
Fans and admirers couldn't help but be enamored with Mowry's two charming children. People also flooded the heart-melting photo with heart emojis and smiley emoticons.
A fan expressed that Ariah and Aden looked cute. Another avid admirer also remarked how beautiful Mowry's children are in the breathtaking picture with flowers.
Before her successful career and before having Aden and Ariah, Mowry lived a fun-filled childhood.
The former "The Real" co-host and Housley welcomed Aden in 2012 and Ariah in 2015. The "Twitches" star opened up in a 2019 interview that she doesn't want more kids.
Mowry also shared how she embraced her post-baby body after having them. The TV show host shared that she was determined to get back in shape and stay consistent no matter how slow she would gain strength.
Additionally, the multi-hyphenated star struggled with back pain. Mowry also suffered from diastasis recti, a common condition that causes a four-finger gap in her abdomen after pregnancy.
Besides her physical aspect, Mowry shared how the COVID-19 pandemic has challenged her mental health. Despite the struggle, she was able to balance her family and work.
Mowry has been in the entertainment industry for several years. She and her twin sister Tia first appeared together in the sitcom "Sister, Sister" for six seasons from 1994 to 1999.
