Taylor Swift is known to surprise fans with gifts she sends out through the mail, and this time, she decided to send one to a healthcare worker. Britta Thomason is a huge fan of Swift, and she recently mentioned this in a news article she was interviewed for.

Word of the interview got to the "Blank Space" singer, and she responded by sending a care package over to Thomason while she was at work. Stunned, she opened a huge carton box in front of onlookers before realizing that it was actually a gift from her idol.

While the nurse admitted that she'd seen videos of Swift's fans opening packages from the singer, she never expected to be one of the recipients. The sweet gesture brought her to tears, especially after she read the touching handwritten note by the Grammy award-winning singer herself.

"I wanted to write to you and personally thank you for serving on the front lines of this pandemic and for being brave enough to put yourself in danger to help others."

Swift went on to let the nurse know that she was inspired by her passion for service and wanted to give her a little something to use when she's off duty. The large box was filled with the singer's merchandise, ranging from novelty items like guitar picks and notebooks to blankets and tumblers.

The "Love Story" songstress also gifted actor Jesse Tyler Ferguson with an adorable gift after he welcomed his son Beckett.

This isn't the first time Swift has showed her generosity to strangers, as she's constantly helped people in need through the years. Recently, she gifted a 19-year-old fan with $15,500 as her mother has been in a coma for three years.
