Actress and TV host Tia Mowry flaunted her incredible weight loss in new Instagram photos that showed her wearing a sensational dress with intricate patterns.

"Sister, Sister" star Tia Mowry delighted her fans after she uploaded two photos showing off her fit form in a beautiful dress printed with intricate floral designs.

The 42-year-old stunner displayed her slimmer body as she bared her smooth, slender legs while serving poses in the doorway. Her dress complemented her shapely physique.

In the first picture, Mowry appeared jolly as she looked off-camera and placed one hand under her flawless face. She leaned on the side of the door while flashing a gentle smile.

The second snap showed her serving a fierce, modelesque face while posing with her right hand on her curvy hip. Her perfectly colored hair added to her ravishing beauty.

Her high heels made the "Tia & Tamera" star look even more statuesque. While dressed to the nines, Mowry's photo gave off homely vibes, thanks to the spacious living room in the background.

Back in August 2020, she revealed that she shed off 68 pounds since welcoming Cairo. Her weight loss journey inspired fans as she admitted she didn't rush herself.

She encouraged other women not to feel pressured to lose weight in a short period after childbirth and that they could do it in their own time, not others'.

More important than post-pregnancy weight loss, Mowry has been advocating overall wellness for Black women. Last month, the award-winning actress opened up about her advocacy, saying:

"I wanted to inspire them to do the same thing; to take charge of their health and wellness."

Driven by that passion, Mowry ventured into the wellness industry, launching her supplement and vitamin brand Anser. Starting with only three products in January 2020, her brand now has over 20 products.

Her wellness journey and successful business are not the only things that keep Mowry inspired. She enjoys a blissful family life with her husband Cory Hardrict, their son Cree, 9, and daughter Cairo, 2.

She is also blessed with a loving extended family, including her twin sister Tamera Mowry-Housley. The twins recently had an emotional reunion after not seeing each other for six months.
