Richard Pryor's Granddaughter Bears a Striking Resemblance to Him as She Poses In Her Room
Richard Pryor's daughter Rain has shared a new photo of her daughter Lotus Marie and fans could not stop gushing over the striking resemblance between the teenager and her famous grandpa.
In the picture, Lotus was captured staring at herself in the mirror while applying makeup on her face. The 13-year-old rocked a sweatshirt and a long braided hairstyle.

Staring wide-eyed at the mirror, Lotus posed with a slight pout, showing off the striking resemblance between the late Pryor and his thirteen-year-old granddaughter.
The picture gave fans a view of Lotus's room, featuring a banner of the popular English club, Liverpool, and her grandfather's picture frame on the wall. Captioning the lovely image, Rain wrote:
"I love how she put her grandpa's album on her wall and says, "Grandpa, would be totally canceled today. You know that, right?"
Expectedly, Rain's post garnered the attention of fans and followers who took to the comments section, gushing about Lotus's beauty and how fast she is growing.
While one user described Lotus as beautiful, another called her the wise one. A third fan wrote that the thirteen-year-old is growing up too soon, with many others leaving similar comments.
In 2019, she filed to run for Baltimore City Council.
Rain and her partner, Yale, welcomed Lotus on April 1, 2008, and ever since, the doting mom has constantly shown off her beautiful daughter on social media.
In an April 17 Instagram post, she shared a photo of herself and Lotus posing in a car. She accompanied it with a sweet caption, and per usual, fans could not stop swooning. The caption read:
"My bestie and me. #mommydaughtertime #parentinggoals”
Rain is one of Pryor's seven kids. She was born to the stand-up comedian and his then-wife Shelly Bonus in July 1969. With a talented father like hers, it came as no surprise when Rain also picked up an interest in entertainment, doubling as an actress and a comedian.
But outside of entertaining people, she is also committed to making a change in her community. In 2019, she filed to run for Baltimore City Council, a move mainly inspired by her passion for creating a better society.
Rain might have grown up as the daughter of one of the greatest entertainers of his time, but she remains dedicated to using her platform for good causes.
