A few years ago, superstar RuPaul purchased a lavish million-dollar home in Los Angeles. The extravagant mansion measures more than 10,000 square feet and boasts six bedrooms!
In 2019, “RuPaul’s Drag Race” creator RuPaul bought a $13.7 million mansion in the lower Coldwater Canyon area of Beverly Hills, Los Angeles. The home measures over 10,300 square feet!
It has six bedrooms, three floors, five full bathrooms, and three half bathrooms. As if that wasn’t enough, the house also has four-car garages, a wine cellar, a media room, and other amenities.

RuPaul’s home also has a double-height foyer that is styled with a black-and-white marble floor. It also features a stunning marble staircase that has an eye-catching looped wrought iron railing design.
The drag queen superstar’s mansion also shows his taste in interior décor with black marble Corinthian pilasters. His living and dining rooms are warehouse-sized and feature moldings.
The floors boast geometric parquet wood floors, detailed fireplaces, and enormous arched windows on extra-tall French doors. The star’s family room is paneled and has a fireplace with a bar.
His mansion also has a remarkable kitchen that has modern designer appliances. The cabinets are bone-colored, and the home also features a separate breakfast room that has French doors.
RuPaul’s home hosts a service wing that has a staff bedroom for his helpers. It also boasts three en suite guest bedrooms that happen to share the upper floor with the master suite.
The home's basement has a media room, a discrete staff suite, a gym, and a wine cellar. His private backyard carved into a terraced hillside stays warm with an outdoor fireplace and has a wall-mounted television.
The television personality’s mansion would not be complete without a heated swimming pool and spa surrounded by stone terracing. It also has a gazebo that features some fuchsia bougainvilleas.
Besides the lavish home, RuPaul also has a condo in New York that he’s owned for more than 22 years. The star’s new home was initially listed just below $20 million a year before he bought it.
It’s believed that RuPaul lives in the stunning home with his husband, Georges LeBar. The pair met in 1994 on club Limelight’s dance floor on Lebar’s birthday and got married in 2017 on the anniversary of the day they met.
In the middle of 2020, the drag queen star shocked fans when he suddenly deleted his social media accounts. Luckily, he’s since come back to social media, and fans can breathe easily again.
