The resemblance is quite uncanny, and Long's fans wasted no time in pointing it out in the comment section. However, their similarity is not the only thing the "Fatal Affair" star shares with her mother.
Long's caption had been a short one loaded with emotion, a simple declaration of love for her "mommy" alongside a heart emoji. It is not surprising that Long loves her mother so dearly. In fact, some might say it is to be expected.
The woman practically took over her parenting after divorcing her father. They moved around after the divorce and settled in LA where her mother tried but failed to secure a husband.
Even the teenager among them loves it and has been reported to get cuddly on occasion.
However, she loved the place, so they stayed there. As a result, Long was raised by a single mother. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise because it equipped her with experience and inspiration to pull it off as well— history repeated itself.
Long was a single mother for some time after she welcomed her first child Massai. She took it in stride and made the most of it until she met Ime Udoka in 2010— the two share a child, Kez, between them.
Long loves her children and is determined to give them the best of everything, including herself, a promise she has kept over the years.
She enjoys spending time with her boys, and surprisingly, even the teenager among them loves it and has been reported to get cuddly on occasion.
Motherhood clearly agrees with the mother-of-two, which has her fans wondering if there will be more additions to her brood in the future.
