According to reports, Garth sold her old home in Los Olivos, California, for $1.9 million and purchased the luxury home in Pasadena for more than $3.3 million.

The picturesque pad is 3,360 square feet and has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The 1950s luxury ranch sits on a big stretch of land and offers a stunning view of the breathtaking California mountains.

The star actress shares three children with her ex-husband Peter Facinelli, and while she shares a great bond with her daughters, Luca, 23, Lola, 18, and Fiona, 14, Garth reportedly said that co-parenting is not an easy task.
