WME Gaming and Esports Signs Popular Content Creator – Meet Gina Darling
Content creator Gina Darling recently confirmed that talent agency WME signed her as part of its Gaming and Esports division. Here's everything we know about her.
Gina Darling, who has been a content creator on YouTube for almost a decade, made headlines earlier this year after it was announced that she would join WME, the same talent agency as Addison Rae.
Apart from Darling, other streamers like professional gamer Cloakzy and YouTube star Tiko also signed deals with WME. The company is expanding its digital department.

On August 24, Darling announced on Instagram that the signing was official. She pointed out that it was time to get representation as she had been doing everything on her own for over 11 years.
For starters, Darling is not only a popular YouTuber with over 260,000 subscribers and a Twitch streamer with more than 33,000 followers but also one of the hosts of G4, a recently relaunched gaming network.
Darling has proven she’s capable of succeeding on any platform throughout the years as she also has over 1.5 million Facebook followers. Unfortunately, like most popular content creators, she hasn’t escaped controversy.
In March this year, she went viral after exposing her ex-boyfriend TikToker Read Choi online. The former couple started dating in December 2020 but parted ways after three months.
Two weeks after parting ways, Darling saw Choi with a woman he met on a dating site. It was shocking for many reasons especially because he would often refer to people using dating sites as “weak.”
Choi also said he was getting treatment and “seeking professional help.”
Darling then got in touch with a girl who previously tried to cancel Choi and learned they had also met on a dating site. Eventually, the streamer found out that Choi had slept with over 100 people.
To make matters worse, Darling confessed she had tested positive for Chlamydia and claimed that Choi slept with her even though he knew he had a sexually transmitted disease (STD).
After Darling’s accusations went viral, Choi apologized in a now-deleted Instagram post. He admitted to mistreating women and being uneducated about his STD.

Choi also said he was getting treatment and “seeking professional help” to avoid escaping his pain through sex and is now learning how to deal with his problems productively.
Back to WME, as mentioned earlier, Addison Rae is also signed with the company. In January 2020, Rae revealed that she cried “hysterically” after landing the starring role in “He’s All That.” Rae might be paving the way for more TikTokers to make it to Hollywood!
