Ella Emhoff Confirms Relationship with Sam Hine – Meet Him

Kamala Harris' grown stepdaughter Ella Emhoff sat in a recent interview, where fans got to catch up with the latest about her. The youngster confirmed her relationship with GQ editor Sam Hine.

Ella Emhoff is a creative young woman, making a name for herself as a model and artist. However, she got plunged into the spotlight through her stepmom, Kamala Harris' status as America's vice president.

Ella, who is now a member of the second family of the United States, spoke to Vanity Fair in a new interview where she gave updates on her life and spoke of her love life.

ELLA IS IN A RELATIONSHIP

During the interview, the fashion model confirmed that she was in a relationship. She made it known that her boyfriend is Sam Hine, an editor at GQ. The 22-year-old further gave details of her ideas about dating.

She relayed that her idea of a perfect date was "a stop at the market, buying the wackiest produce, and figuring out what to cook with it." As of February, Ella and her man were spotted together on a dinner date.

At the time, neither of the two confirmed the state of their relationship. However, Hine's social media updates show that he was born in August 1993, making him 28 years old.

WHO IS HINES?

Being a senior associate editor at GQ, several of Hine's works are on the internet. His work credits include a profile on Henry Golding and an interview with John Mayer.

Hine is a Chicago native, and he was brought up there. He, however, moved to New York to pursue his career. He once shared that he interned with Antonio Giongoli when he was the creative director of Eidos.

His relationship timeline with Ella is quite unclear, but their romance became public knowledge in February. As of March, they were seen together again, taking a stroll through the West Village.

The couple showed they were a stylish duo as they rocked street fashion. Ella rocked trench-style denim over black slacks while her man rocked a fawn-colored jacket and jeans. Both of them stayed protected with black face masks.

INSIDE ELLA'S CAREER

The young adult is signed to IMG Models and has worked on a few projects. A few days after catching much attention on the presidential inauguration day, Ella announced signing to IMG.

The model had joined her stepmom and dad, Doug Emhoff, during the inauguration. However, she went viral on social media for her spectacular outfit from Miu Miu.

Many also noticed her lively performance during the occasion. Ella's outfit was put together by designer Batsheva Hay who etched her "signature Brooklyn quirk" and blended it into the formal event.
