Kim Kardashian’s Makeup Artist Mario Dedivanovic Uncovers Full Glam under Her Met Gala Mask

Kim Kardashian made a statement with her full body glove outfit at the MET Gala earlier this week. However, her makeup artist Mario Dedivanovic created even more buzz after uncovering her look under the mask.

It will take several years to forget Kim Kardashian’s viral masked MET Gala moment. The fashion-forward TV personality went incognito at this year’s event, resulting in numerous memes and questions from fans.

Kardashian made a MET Gala entrance like no other in her faceless all-black Balenciaga ensemble on Monday. The dramatic outfit ignited a widespread response on social media which included memes and several questions.

Many fans wondered whether Kardashian went makeup-free under her custom Balenciaga body glove. Fortunately, her makeup artist was on the beat enough to share a behind-the-scenes look at her MET Gala preparation.

In an Instagram photo, Dedivanovic showcases Kardashian sitting in his makeup chair with a full face of makeup. He sneakily captioned the post “Behind the mask,” uncovering what the “KUWTK” star looked like under her garments.

The images show that Kardashian sported her classic smokey eye glam look under her faceless outfit. Dedivanovic also shared which products he used to prepare Kardashian’s skin for her makeup.

In addition to his behind-the-scenes snap, Dedicanovic also joined in on the meme fun on his Instagram page. He shared another post that included a selection of memes poking fun at his unseen work with the caption:

“It’s the makeup for me, LOL”

Of course, fans appreciated the makeup artist's sense of humor about the situation and joined him with laughing emojis in the comment section. Even Kardashian’s hairstylist for the night, Chris Appleton, commented on the memes.

However, one person that may not see Kardashian’s look as a laughing matter is her ex-husband Kanye West. Sources reveal that the rapper and fashion designer may have had a hand in Kardashian’s groundbreaking ensemble:

“It was Kanye who introduced Kim to Demna and was instrumental in the newly formed relationship between her and Balenciaga.”

The source also reveals that West played a huge role in encouraging Kardashian to push boundaries with fashion. His say in Kardashian’s MET Gala look is not surprising since she first donned a similar look at his listening party.

Kardashian wore her first Balenciaga body glove outfit at West’s Donda album listening party in Atlanta. She then sported another similar zip embellished leather outfit during New York Fashion Week.
