Doctor Kicks an Unpleasant Patient Out of Her Clinic, He Shows up in Her House That Evening – Story of the Day
Dr. Savannah Hill had to kick out a patient from her clinic when he wouldn’t stop pestering her. But then he appeared on her doorstep, and Savannah couldn’t believe who he was.
“What a busy day, isn’t it, Dr. Hill?” Nurse Linda Cooke commented to Dr. Savanna Hill. She worked at a private clinic as an internist, and most days were pretty busy lately.
“I’m glad we’re getting so much business, but it can be tiring,” Savannah replied to the friendly nurse. She called her next patient and began the consultation. After the appointment, she went outside and witnessed something enraging.

“Sir, I have to ask you to take a seat, and the doctor will be out in a second,” Nurse Cooke told a middle-aged man perched on the nurse’s station.
“Oh, come on, sweet cheeks. Don’t you want to talk to me? You know, your service is pretty slow for such an expensive clinic,” the man commented.
“Sir, please, take a seat,” the nurse pleaded with the rude man, and Savannah couldn’t take it any longer.
“Can I help you, sir? Do you have an appointment?” Savannah said as she approached the nurse’s station to stop this awkward situation. The man looked at her, and his eyes lit up.
“As a matter of fact, I do. I was talking to this beautiful lady, but an even more gorgeous lady has just walked up,” the man answered. Savannah wanted to cringe at that comment, but she had perfected her poker face for many years.

“And your name is?” Savannah asked.
“I’m Marco McFadden. I must be next on the list, but how about you sit with me and talk until the doctor calls me?” the man replied.
“I’m the doctor, sir. You’re next. Come right in,” Savannah said. She needed to treat this patient quickly and get him out quickly.
“Oh, you’re a doctor? I would have never guessed. I’m from a different generation, and I’m still getting used to female doctors. Will I need to take my clothes off? That sounds fantastic,” he continued as Savannah led him to her office.
“Mr. McFadden, there have been many female doctors for decades. You don’t look that old, and I assure you that I’m a professional,” Savannah added and sat down behind her desk.

“Oh, I’m sure you’re very professional. But you know you’re probably going to have to retire when you have kids. Your husband wouldn’t want you to work and see other men naked,” Mr. McFadden said.
“Excuse me?” Savannah asked, shocked. She couldn’t believe this stranger had the nerve to talk to her that way.
“I’m just saying. A real man won’t let you work as a doctor, and it’s really not lady-like unless you were with someone like me. I’ve always liked professional women. Would you like to see if there’s something more between us?” Mr. McFadden continued and stood up.
“What are you doing? Get back to your seat,” Savannah added when the man attempted to circle her desk and move closer to her.
“Oh, darling. Don’t worry. I’m not going to do anything bad to you. I’m just going to take my clothes off for the appointment, you know,” he added and winked creepily.

“That’s it! You need to leave the premises immediately, or I will call security!” Savannah exclaimed.
“What? I haven’t done anything!” Mr. McFadden said.
“Linda, call security immediately!” Savannah yelled when she opened the door. Then, she looked back at her rude patient, “You need to leave before this escalates further, sir.”
“You’re crazy! You’re lucky I was flirting with you. You’re going to be alone the rest of your life with your pathetic job. You’re probably a lesbian!” the man started screaming and threw some stuff off her desk.
Luckily, the clinic’s security guards arrived quickly, but Mr. McFadden didn’t go easily. “I’M GOING TO SUE EVERYONE IN THIS AWFUL PLACE! LET GO OF ME! I’M GOING TO SUE YOU ALL!” he screamed and kicked while the guards pulled him out forcefully.

Everyone was a little rattled, especially Savannah, but Linda gave her some tea to calm down. Other doctors heard about the incident, and Dr. Kyle Burton from Neurology came to check on her. “Everything is fine, Kyle,” she told him.
“Ok, but if you need anything, just call me, ok?” he added and went back to his office. The rest of Savannah's day went as usual, and she was able to put her mind off that man because her mother and her new boyfriend were coming over for dinner.
“I’m sure he’s going to ask me to marry him,” her mother commented while they were making dinner together. She arrived at Savannah’s house first and explained that her boyfriend would come a little later.

“I’m glad you’re happy, Mom. I hope you found a decent man this time,” Savannah added. Her doorbell rang a few minutes later, and her mother went to open it while she finished setting the table.
“Oh, Fiona. You won’t believe the day I had. I couldn’t even go to my doctor’s appointment. People are insane!” she heard the male voice say. It sounded way too familiar.
“Savannah, this is my boyfriend, Marco. I’m so happy you guys get to meet finally!” her mother said enthusiastically. Savannah looked up from the table and couldn't believe her eyes. The man standing next to her mother was her rude patient from the clinic. She saw red, and the man’s eyes flared.

“Get out of my house now, or I will call the police this time,” Savannah said as calmly as possible. “Mom, this man harassed one of my nurses and me today. He threw stuff off my desk and wouldn’t leave until I called security.”
“What? Savannah that can’t be true!” her mother exclaimed.
“It was a misunderstanding, Savannah. You got things wrong,” Marco stated, hoping Savannah’s mother would take his side.
“I’m dialing 911 right now!” she continued and grabbed the phone.
“FINE! I’ll leave! Talk to your daughter, or you and I are OVER!” Marco yelled at Savannah’s mother. Savannah put the phone down and explained everything that happened today at her clinic.

“No, Savannah. That can’t be true. Marco is a total flirt, but it’s harmless. You need to apologize to him,” my mother said, shockingly.
“I can’t believe you’re taking his side. I’m telling you the truth, mother!” Savannah replied. But her mother wouldn’t believe it. She left and wouldn’t answer her calls, texts, or emails for many days.
“My mother doesn’t believe what happened with that crazy man. I never expected her to side with a random boyfriend over her own child,” Savannah said to Kyle while they drank coffee at the clinic’s cafeteria a few days later.
“She’ll come around. Men like that can’t hide how horrible they are. She’ll notice eventually,” Kyle replied.
“I’m worried about her safety too. He has a violent streak,” she continued. Kyle comforted her as best he could, then they returned to work.

“Hey, Dr. Hill. Here’s a USB with the security footage from that day. One of the security guards left it for you,” Nurse Linda said and handed her the tiny gadget. That’s when Savannah had an idea.
She sent the footage to her mother from the clinic’s email, hoping her mom would open it. And that night, she got the call. “I’m so sorry, sweetheart. I wasn’t thinking straight. Can you forgive me?” her mother said on the phone.
“Well, Mom. It’s going to take some time because I’m still so mad that you sided with a random man over your daughter. But eventually, I guess I’ll forgive you,” Savannah said.

After that incident, Savannah didn’t talk to her mother as often as she did before. She didn’t even tell her about her relationship with Kyle until he proposed. Their mother-daughter bond changed forever. But at least, Fiona never dated horrible men again.
